Add in the washed red lentils, onion, garlic, curry leaves, dried red chili, turmeric, cinnamon, red chili powder, salt and water into a pot and cook uncovered in medium heat until the lentils are 80% cooked.
Spiced mini chicken pies
Add the chicken, ¼ of the carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, half the butter, 1 sprig of curry leaves, turmeric, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, clove powder, garlic powder, salt, vinegar and water into a pot. Cover and poach in low heat for about 15 mins.

Hummus with a kick
Add all the ingredients into the food processer and blitz until all the ingredients are well combined into a smooth consistency. Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly, if needed.
