We only sell Ceylon cinnamon, which is also known as “true cinnamon”. Ceylon cinnamon is better in quality, abundant in volatile oils and has a superior flavour which is not over whelming. We source only the best grades of Ceylon cinnamon which is Alba and C5 special.
